&lt;p&gt;I went to the gym last night so that is a total of three times this week! My eating has improved 100%!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I went into a phase of semi binging on sandwiches at night, but I am out of that now (thank god)!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is strange because now I work afternoon/evenings I have to eat dinner at 6pm in my break when before I would eat about 8pm. I need to start having fruit and water after work because it is not good to eat at midnight when i would get hungry again!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have put all of my hair into plates so when i take them out there will be lots of curls : D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today the sun is shining, it is a beautiful day, but I still don’t feel my normal happy self. I will get there.&lt;/p&gt;

I stuffed a &lt;b&gt;pork loin chop&lt;/b&gt; with &lt;b&gt;garlic&lt;/b&gt; and tons of fresh herbs (&lt;b&gt;sage&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;thyme&lt;/b&gt;, and &lt;b&gt;thai basil&lt;/b&gt;)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Alongside I had some &lt;b&gt;corn&lt;/b&gt; that I cut off the cob and sauteed with &lt;b&gt;onion&lt;/b&gt; and a &lt;b&gt;habanero pepper&lt;/b&gt; in &lt;b&gt;sesame oil&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;butter&lt;/b&gt;. I tossed it all with &lt;b&gt;cilantro&lt;/b&gt;. So so good!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; I also had some &lt;b&gt;bok choy&lt;/b&gt; that I cooked quickly in some &lt;b&gt;balsamic viniger&lt;/b&gt;. So clean tasting! &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;img src="http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i97/adamfrapp2/vegvegpasta.jpg"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;PM:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;Veg Pasta&lt;/b&gt;. In a pan, I sauteed &lt;b&gt;onions&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;garlic&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;carrot&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;parsnips&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;asparagus&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;white cabbage&lt;/b&gt;, and &lt;b&gt;boch choy&lt;/b&gt; in a miniscule amount of &lt;b&gt;butter&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;sesame oil&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;No food pics for the weekend (think I will just do it on weekdays).&lt;br/&gt; Rundown of what I ate for the sake of being accountable:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;Saturday:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;AM:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;Turkey sandwich&lt;/b&gt; on &lt;b&gt;whole wheat pita&lt;/b&gt; with &lt;b&gt;sprouts&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;light sour cream spread&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;PM:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;Asian salad&lt;/b&gt; from &lt;i&gt;Haggens&lt;/i&gt; that had &lt;b&gt;chicken&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;mandarin oranges&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;almonds&lt;/b&gt;, and a &lt;b&gt;sesame dressing&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;LATE PM:&lt;/b&gt; Massive amounts of &lt;b&gt;Gin&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;LATE LATE PM:&lt;/b&gt; 2 &lt;b&gt; bread rolls&lt;/b&gt; with &lt;b&gt;hummus&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sunday:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;AM:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;Passion tea lemonade&lt;/b&gt; from &lt;i&gt;Starbucks&lt;/i&gt;. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;LATE AM:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;Turkey sandwich&lt;/b&gt; on &lt;b&gt;whole wheat pita&lt;/b&gt; with &lt;b&gt;sprouts&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;light sour cream spread&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;PM:&lt;/b&gt; Gross &lt;i&gt;Jack in the Box&lt;/i&gt; &lt;b&gt;chicken pita&lt;/b&gt; and  small &lt;b&gt;french fries&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Also, whenever I have a little hunger ‘ping’ I tend to be snacking on &lt;b&gt;raw almonds&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;grape tomatoes&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Total success. I had little to no urge to overeat or binge at all this week and to not let temptation get the best of me this weekend while drunk and/or hungover is amazing! Really soft and wonderful! I usually drink russian green tea which is a bit more bitter so this was really lovely.  I also snacked on a few &lt;b&gt;raw almonds&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;grape tomatoes&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;img src="http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i97/adamfrapp2/turkeysam.jpg"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;LATE AM:&lt;/b&gt; The &lt;i&gt;greatest&lt;/i&gt; sandwich I think I have ever made. It was all in the spread! I mixed &lt;b&gt;light sour cream&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;lemon juice&lt;/b&gt;, fresh &lt;b&gt;terragon&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;thai basil&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;salt&lt;/b&gt;, and &lt;b&gt;pepper&lt;/b&gt;. I spread it on 2 halves of &lt;b&gt;whole wheat greek pita bread&lt;/b&gt; and in between stuffed &lt;b&gt;turkey&lt;/b&gt; and a massive mound of &lt;b&gt;sprouts&lt;/b&gt;. I had some &lt;b&gt;carrot sticks&lt;/b&gt; alongside. I had a small cup of &lt;b&gt;frozen green tea yogurt&lt;/b&gt; topped with &lt;b&gt;mango&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;strawberries&lt;/b&gt;. I baked a piece of &lt;b&gt;pork loin&lt;/b&gt; that I stuffed with minced &lt;b&gt;garlic&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;terragon&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;thyme&lt;/b&gt;, and &lt;b&gt;basil&lt;/b&gt;. Today was very bread-y! &lt;br/&gt; Let’s get this done. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;img src="http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i97/adamfrapp2/minipizza.jpg"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;AM:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;Pizza&lt;/b&gt; for breakfast! This pizza was terribly healthy though. On a piece of &lt;b&gt;greek wheat pita bread&lt;/b&gt; I spread a thin layer of fruity &lt;b&gt;olive oil&lt;/b&gt; then topped it with a leftover &lt;b&gt;chicken sausage&lt;/b&gt; (from &lt;a href="http://fromthevalleytothestars.tumblr.com/post/125565034/wednesday-food-blog-adam"&gt;last night&lt;/a&gt;), a few sliced &lt;b&gt;grape tomatoes&lt;/b&gt; and some fresh &lt;b&gt;cilantro&lt;/b&gt;. No cheese or sauce required, I put it under the broiler for a few minutes and was amazed at how wonderfully tasty it turned out! &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;img src="http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i97/adamfrapp2/starbucksblendedlemon.jpg"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;LATE AM:&lt;/b&gt; Starbucks and a book. Hello all! I ate a dry, tasteless &lt;b&gt;peanut butter sandwich&lt;/b&gt; which I COVERED with &lt;b&gt;chocolate fudge&lt;/b&gt;. Haha! On a roll here people. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; I also snacked on a couple &lt;b&gt;cherry tomatoes&lt;/b&gt; and a few &lt;b&gt;raw almonds&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;img src="http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i97/adamfrapp2/polentasausageveg.jpg"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;PM:&lt;/b&gt; Finished the day on a healthy note. I cooked a pot of creamy &lt;b&gt;polenta&lt;/b&gt; which I mixed with the &lt;b&gt;zest of a lemon&lt;/b&gt;, and loads of fresh herbs (&lt;b&gt;tarragon&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;thyme&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;rosemary&lt;/b&gt;, and &lt;b&gt;thai basil&lt;/b&gt;) - So good!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; With it I had 2 &lt;b&gt;spinach and feta chicken sausages&lt;/b&gt; which were lovely and some sauteed &lt;b&gt;carrots&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;water chestnuts&lt;/b&gt; that I cooked in &lt;b&gt;sesame oil&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;lemon juice&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; My stomach feels beyond full right now. I think I ate way too much polenta. I need to remember that I do &lt;i&gt;NOT&lt;/i&gt; have to finish everything that I cook. — Very bad habit that needs to be broke. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Also, I have been drinking massive amounts of &lt;b&gt;diet coke&lt;/b&gt; and little water. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Overall, a good day though! &lt;p&gt;Yesterdays food was good! (mostly)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Breakfast - Toast with light cream cheese, apple, milky coffee&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lunch - Tuna and chickpeas with homegrown garden salad, fresh rocket etc, and bread.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dinner - Pasta bolognese with a little cheese&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(I did have a sandwich later that night that i shouldn’t have had! I know that I am only hungry because I am not drinking my water! It is thirst misconstrud as hunger!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Improvements - DRINK MORE WATER!! DON’T SNACK AT WORK!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am posting this photo because I took it yesterday when I came out of the gym and I want to remember how great I felt! Hopefully it will push me to go more! I need to get back too it!!!&lt;/p&gt;

So so fantastic. Can’t wait to try the jasmine blossom tomorrow. Along with it, I had a small cup of &lt;b&gt;pumpkin seeds&lt;/b&gt; and a giant spoon full of creamy &lt;b&gt;peanut butter&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; I spent the day with Shae (after she was locked out of her house) and then later with my sister, Starr and mom. We went to Costco where I could have bought bulk packs of whatever horrible food I wanted but all I left with was pork loin chops, diet coke, and a bag of lemons. And not one of those tacky little samples they always push on people were taken!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;img src="http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i97/adamfrapp2/couscousporkveg.jpg"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;PM:&lt;/b&gt; I was starving by the time I got home tonight. Usually don’t like to get that hungry because it can open the door to overeating. I made a big meal of &lt;b&gt;lemon couscous&lt;/b&gt; that I served with chunks of sauteed &lt;b&gt;pork&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;vegetables&lt;/b&gt; (&lt;b&gt;cabbage&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;carrot&lt;/b&gt;, and &lt;b&gt;asparagus&lt;/b&gt;) all cooked in the usual small amount of &lt;b&gt;sesame oil&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;butter&lt;/b&gt;, and &lt;b&gt;lemon juice&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; I ate it on the porch which was lovely. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;img src="http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i97/adamfrapp2/adamself01.jpg"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; I need to shave! &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; I hope you all had a beautiful day. &lt;br/&gt; Lauren! A hand full of days where I ate complete crap but I am feeling really good. Today was the first day since being home that I made a real meal in my own kitchen. I am very proud with how well I controlled myself in California. Plenty of slip ups, sure, but overall I just enjoyed my trip and didn’t obsess over food at all. Randomly snacked on a bunch of little things I did not need. I &lt;i&gt;was&lt;/i&gt; hungry but did not to eat quite this much. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Couple spoonfuls of &lt;b&gt;peanut butter&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;jelly&lt;/b&gt;, a few &lt;b&gt;almonds&lt;/b&gt;, 2 &lt;b&gt;trail mix bars&lt;/b&gt;, a &lt;b&gt;dill pickle&lt;/b&gt;, some &lt;b&gt;marcino cherries&lt;/b&gt;, and 1 more &lt;b&gt;cracker&lt;/b&gt; with &lt;b&gt;cream cheese&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;jelly&lt;/b&gt; (above) — Again, it was all little bites of stuff but all together it was a meals worth. In a small pot I simmered &lt;b&gt;broth&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;water&lt;/b&gt;, the juice of a &lt;b&gt;lemon&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;onion&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;celery&lt;/b&gt;, and &lt;b&gt;garlic&lt;/b&gt; (which I later drained) — Felt really good on my throat. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; I had it along with a ripe &lt;b&gt;peach&lt;/b&gt;, half of a &lt;b&gt;banana&lt;/b&gt;, and a hand full of  &lt;b&gt;grape tomatoes&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;LATE PM:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; After 2 days of eating very little I think my body craved something with a little more substance. I had 1 (maybe 2) servings of &lt;b&gt;Dark Chocolate Chex Mix&lt;/b&gt; which I must say is the greatest junk food I have tasted in years! Ugggg. Later went to wendy’s and had a &lt;b&gt;faux-blizzard&lt;/b&gt; that was &lt;b&gt;chocolate&lt;/b&gt; with chunks of &lt;b&gt;oreo&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;m&amp;ms&lt;/b&gt;. Was pretty fabulous. :/&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Again, it is important for me to note that even though I haven’t eaten the highest quality foods, I am still not over consuming. Eating when hungry and stopping with full. Classy classy. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Today I ate absolute crap though did not binge.   &lt;img src="http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i97/adamfrapp2/rsz_img_7694.jpg"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Once I woke up around noon I made my way home and inhaled some &lt;b&gt;mediterranean pasta salad&lt;/b&gt;, half of a left over &lt;b&gt;chicken breast&lt;/b&gt; and a hand full of &lt;b&gt;almonds&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;img src="http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i97/adamfrapp2/rsz_img_7697.jpg"/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Later after a long shower and nap my mom woke me up with crappy fast food. A &lt;b&gt;chicken burger&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;french fries&lt;/b&gt;, and some &lt;b&gt;chicken tender&lt;/b&gt; thingys.
