Where And What You Are (Adam)

Pushing on! The last two weeks I have been eating the most clean, fulfilling, and beautiful food. To truly enjoy each meal and not float my way through days, eating beige food and waiting for the next binge. Not to say that my bingeing days are over (I don’t know if they every really will be) but they have become less frequent. My body knows that in 4 or 5 hours when it is hungry, I will not only feed it but feed it something that it actually wants.



AM:
Another day, another Sandwich. This time on a whole wheat hoagie roll. Turkey, white cheddar, sprouts, whole seed mustard, and light sour cream.



LATE AM
Reading at starbucks (still putting along with my Truffaut correspondence) - drank some coconut green tea and ate a rice krispy treat the size of a shoe box!



PM:
Per Laurens request, I had pasta! Udon wheat noodles with cabbage, celery, yellow onion, and garlic. Dressed with lime juice and the smallest amounts of butter and sesame oil. This tasted so clean! I loved it. I have been on a spicy kick lately so it was nice to have something more calm.

+ Exercise!
Walked around Lake Padden and about town today. The weather in Washington has been lovely. I plan to go run on the treadmill later tonight. (Edit: I did get my run in tonight! Yay!)
