Wednesday Food Blog (Adam)
Another day. Hello all! I stocked up on groceries today so am looking forward to a week of delicious food. 
EARLY AM:: I woke up in the middle of the night and stumbled to the kitchen hungry. I ate a dry, tasteless peanut butter sandwich which I COVERED with chocolate fudge. Haha! Lordy. 
LATE AM: A healthy lunch of strawberry red vines! On a roll here people.
I also snacked on a couple cherry tomatoes and a few raw almonds
PM: Finished the day on a healthy note. I cooked a pot of creamy polenta which I mixed with the zest of a lemon, and loads of fresh herbs (tarragon, thyme, rosemary, and thai basil) - So good!
With it I had 2 spinach and feta chicken sausages which were lovely and some sauteed carrots and water chestnuts that I cooked in sesame oil and lemon juice
My stomach feels beyond full right now. I think I ate way too much polenta. I need to remember that I do NOT have to finish everything that I cook. — Very bad habit that needs to be broke.
Also, I have been drinking massive amounts of diet coke and little water.
Overall, a good day though! Tomorrow I will do even better.
Off to read a bit more Paul Mckenna (almost done, cupcake!)
