Good Morning <3
Yesterdays food was good! (mostly)
Breakfast - Toast with light cream cheese, apple, milky coffee
Lunch - Tuna and chickpeas with homegrown garden salad, fresh rocket etc, and bread.
Dinner - Pasta bolognese with a little cheese
(I did have a sandwich later that night that i shouldn’t have had! I know that I am only hungry because I am not drinking my water! It is thirst misconstrud as hunger!)
Improvements - DRINK MORE WATER!! DON’T SNACK AT WORK!!!!!
I am posting this photo because I took it yesterday when I came out of the gym and I want to remember how great I felt! Hopefully it will push me to go more! I need to get back too it!!!
