Returning after a small hiatus, I am back in Washington! A hand full of days where I ate complete crap but I am feeling really good. Today was the first day since being home that I made a real meal in my own kitchen. All is well in the world!
Back at home, in control of the foods that surround me, I can breathe a little easier. I am very proud with how well I controlled myself in California. Plenty of slip ups, sure, but overall I just enjoyed my trip and didn’t obsess over food at all. Success!
AM: This morning I ate a small bowl of pumpkin seeds in bed. Cute, right?
EARLY PM: Still full from the last few days of poor eating, I did not have much of an appetite today. In the late afternoon I had a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter. 
PM: Lime udon with vegetables — In a pan, I sauteed asparagus, carrot, white cabbage, and garlic in a small amount of butter and sesame oil then tossed it with wheat udon noodles and lime juice. Tasty!
On we go!
