No Binge: Day 9 out of 30
AM:
Blueberry preserve on a piece of ezekial sprouted grain toast, a hand full of raw almonds, and a cup of lemon green tea.
LATE AM:
Some really amazing hot plum jelly and light whipped cream cheese spread onto 2 crackers.
EARLY PM:
Blah! Randomly snacked on a bunch of little things I did not need. I was hungry but did not to eat quite this much.
Couple spoonfuls of peanut butter, jelly, a few almonds, 2 trail mix bars, a dill pickle, some marcino cherries, and 1 more cracker with cream cheese and jelly (above) — Again, it was all little bites of stuff but all together it was a meals worth. Still… far from a binge which is good.
You can always tell when I eat off plan because I rarely take pictures of it!
PM:
For dinner I sauteed vegetables (onion, carrot, celery, snow peas, green peas) in a bit of butter and sesame oil. In it, I mixed a bit of leftover pork, some egg substitute, and brown rice.
Planning for a clean day of eating tomorrow then flying home on thursday!
