No Binge: Day 8 out of 30
A bland day of food. I woke up feeling horrible. My throat is still messed up though feels like it is now getting a bit better.
AM:
Mint green tea and a lowfat guava/strawberry yogurt
LATE AM:
Peanut butter and jelly on ezekial sprouted grain bread.
PM:
A cup of Chicken broth. In a small pot I simmered broth, water, the juice of a lemon, onion, celery, and garlic (which I later drained) — Felt really good on my throat.
I had it along with a ripe peach, half of a banana, and a hand full of grape tomatoes.
LATE PM:
After 2 days of eating very little I think my body craved something with a little more substance. I had 1 (maybe 2) servings of Dark Chocolate Chex Mix which I must say is the greatest junk food I have tasted in years! Ugggg. I hope it is not too easy to find in WA.
I also had a trail mix bar and a small hand full of wasabi peas mix.
