No Binge: Day 5 out of 30

I need to be stricter on what a binge actually is to me. I guess I am so used to my regular idea of a binge which is sitting down and eating until sick. I can easily put away 2 or 3 days worth of calories in one sitting during a regular binge.

Last night after I posted I ate a bunch of crap. It was not a MASSIVE binge at all but it was still emotional eating past the point of being content.



I ate 5 giant globs of frozen oatmeal cookie dough (classy!), 2 trail mix bars, peanut butter and jelly and 2 pieces of bread.

I need to stop any and all unplanned and emotional eating even if it is not considered a full on binge. I need to stick with this!

Today:

So my stomach is a bit sick from all thats sugar last night. Aside from dinner all I ate today was a hand full of raw almonds and… another chunk of cookie dough. Lordy loo!

For dinner I made a chicken sandwich. Between 2 small slices of naan bread I placed half of a marinated grilled chicken breast, sliced tomato, onion, and a horseradish mustard.

On the side I had a bit of mediterranean pasta salad from a local deli and placed it on a bed of romaine lettuce to maximize the volume.


To end on a positive note, I went shopping today at the Cabazon outlets and am still fitting into size 32 pants. :D
