No Binge: Day 4 out of 30

Terrible night of uneven sleep which can usually lead to an uneven day of eating but I did really well!

AM:

Very sweet and delicious breakfast. Lowfat vanilla yogurt, a piece of toasted sprouted grain bread that I slathered with a serving of blueberry preserve — so so good! I also had a fuji apple which I tossed in a bit of lemon juice and sprinkled with a touch of cinnamon - very simple but so wonderful.

LATE AM:

Beautiful salad for lunch. On a bed of romaine I piled thinly sliced onion, radish, snow peas, chunks of leftover chicken and topped it all off with alfalfa sprouts. For dressing I tossed it all with a small amount of rice wine vinegar and lemon juice.

PM:

Pulled a lot of collective leftovers to create an amazing dinner tonight.

First I made a cold couscous salad using leftover couscous from tuesday and my corn medley and grilled fennel from last night. I combined it all together with a bit of rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and lemom juice . Really fresh and clean tasting side.

I served it with an incredibly healthy pizza which was beyond wonderful. I will be cooking it again for sure. I grilled a piece of naan bread and covered it with vegetables (red onion, tomato, and fresh basil) along with chicken sausage (also left over from last night) and a very little amount of white cheddar cheese melted over the top. Amazing!

I also had a small cup of fruit salad that was made with cantaloupe, orange, banana and an apple which was all mixed with a small amount of banana and vanilla yogurt.

LATE PM:

Blah. Ate unplanned food even though it was not a ull binge. 2 trail mix granola bars, 3 massive spoonfuls of peanut butter. One piece of grain bread with blue berry perserve, and a bit of couscous.

Phew!

Daily Rundown:
Food: [6/10] Perfect day up until the end. Meh. Still no real binges but I need to stop eating when i don’t plan to.
Exercise: 0/10 - Meh.

Onto the next!
