No Binge: Day 3 out of 30
AM: 
Enjoyed my breakfast yesterday so much that I had the same thing this morning. A nonfat bartlett pear yogurt, green grapes, and a small hand full of raw almonds.
LATE AM:
Again, a mimic of yesterday. Cucumber and alfalfa sprouts between 2 pieces of ezekial sprouted grain bread. On the bread I spread a small amount of mayonnaise and horseradish mustard. Along with it I had a dill pickle.
Afterwords I manically ate a few spoonfuls of leftover lime couscous and 7 small ginger cookie bite thingys that together were probably the equivalent of 1 or 2 regular cookies. (not pictured)
PM:

Amazing dinner. Really tasty chicken and basil sausage (I had one large link) that I served with grilled fennel and al dente corn that was mixed with cooked diced red onion, carrot, celery, garlic, and fresh basil. I cooked it all in a touch of virgin olive oil and butter and then tossed with the zest and juice of a lemon.
I also had a slice of cantaloupe!
Post work out, sweaty happiness!
15 laps in the pool tonight. So beautiful to swim in the middle of the night alone, listening to goldfrapp.
Daily Rundown:
Food: [8/10] Again, a touch better than yesterday. I ate a little off plan in the late afternoon but nothing major and probably ate a touch past the point of being content at dinner but otherwise did very well!
Exercise: [10/10] Amazing! Did another session of intense circuit training (treadmill, situps, jumping jacks, free weights, punching bag) and 15 laps in the pool after words. One of my best work out ever!
