No Binge: Day 2 out of 30

AM:

For breakfast I had a nonfat bartlett pear yogurt (I can’t find this flavor of Wallaby in WA. So good!) — I also had a bowl of green grapes and a small hand full of raw almonds

Something about this combination was so wonderful. I should eat almonds more often. The smallest amount is so filling.

LATE AM:

I had a blended passion tea lemonade from Starbucks. Perfect on this hot day!

EARLY PM:

Ravenous hunger! Came close to bingeing but instead made a light sandwhich to hold me over until dinner. Between 2 pieces of ezekiel, sprouted grain bread I layered cucumber and alfalfa sprouts. I also spread sour cream and horseradish mustard and sprinkled a bit of rice wine vinigar for added flavor.

PM:

Whole grain couscous with the usual side of sauteed vegetables (cauliflower, onion, cabbage, carrot, celery, green beans, snow peas, and fresh basil all cooked in a very small amount of sesame oil and butter.

I also had a slice of juicy cantelope. So so good!

LATE PM:

Talk about flashbacks of living at home! My mom brought home a MASSIVE tub of golden spoon peach frozen yogurt that was surrounded by gummi bears. — Blah! I certainly don’t blame my mom for ever making me fat but I can see how living away from her has made losing weight so much easier.

I ate over half of the yogurt! Eeep.

Daily Rundown:
Food: [7/10] A bit better than yesterday. Would have been near perfect if it was not for the yogurt.
Exercise: [9/10] Did circuit training again at the gym and pushed myself even harder (treadmill, situps, jumping jacks, free weights, punching bag) — Didn’t do laps in the pool tonight which I had planned but still got an amazing work out done.

Overall, a great day! Onwards.
