No Binge: Day 1 out of 30
Talking to Vince (Vzballa on youtube) we discussed about not bingeing at all for the whole month of June. I am not too keen on challenges but this really is something I need. Vince and I are both at similar stages of our weight loss so it will be good to be able to hold each other accountable.
AM:

A small plate of red. Fresh strawberries and juicy grape tomatoes.
With it I had polenta which I cooked on the stovetop with cooking spray. On top of the polenta I put sour cream, salsa, and some fresh basil.
PM:
Panko crusted chicken served with asparagus … My mom cooked this so I am not sure what all was in it. Was good though! I also had a giant salad filled with vegetables that I dressed with rice wine viniger and lemon juice.
Eep! Working on making my tan even. Little too much sun today!
LATE PM:
Bit of mindless eating. Not a binge but not good. I was hungry (which is an important note) but I didn’t respect my body. I ate standing in the kitchen and without thought…
Another piece of chicken.
2 slices of soda bread with tons of butter.
4 heaping spoonfuls of peanut butter.
Handfull of crunchy chinese noodle thingys.
3 tiny chocolate truffles which probably had a million calories a piece.
Blarg! Tomorrow I will do a little better and even better the next. Off to the gym.
Daily Rundown:
Food: [6/10] Not horrible but lost a little control at the end of the day. Will try to keep it more balanced tomorrow.
Exercise: 10/10] Did circuit training at the gym (treadmill, situps, free weights, punching bag) and 14 laps in the pool. Feels great to get a killer work out done when I have had a less than stellar day with eating!
