Another day in paradise! I’ve had so much more fun here in Palm Springs than I usually do. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I do not feel weighed down by food like I usually do when here.
Temptation has not been bad at all. It actually has been nice to have different food around me. Sometimes I get stuck in my own schedule, buying and eating the same kind of foods over and over. 
AM:
For breakfast I had a light blueberry yogurt, a small hand full of raw almonds, some really delicious chocolate, and a glass of orange juice. Surprising how long this small amount of food kept me full and energized. 

PM:
I cooked a healthy pork stir-fry that contained leftover pork loin, whole wheat pasta, broccoli, asparagus, onion, and carrot that i cooked in butter, sesame oil, and soy sauce. We also had apples and kiwi.
LATE PM:
I had very small amount of peanuts, a small hand full of licorice candy, and 2 tiny chocolates. Sounds bad but it was such a small amount and gave me great energy for the gym tonight.
I did circuit training which was killer followed by laps in the pool.
