Mothers Day in Palm Springs (Adam)

Made it to Palm Springs! It is gorgeous down here. I’ve already got a little sun on me. Lovely to be around my mom!
AM:
I weighed myself this morning and was a bit disappointed with the number — Let it get to me for a bit but can not ignore the fact that I had a PERFECT week in terms on eating and exercise - Look tomorrow for vlog!
I am determined over these next few weeks in California to show that I can not only maintain but actually lose weight while on vacation.
Waking early today, I ate a large package of trail mix and half a package of salted pumpkin seeds.

LATE AM:
Got into Palm Springs early and got to take my mom out for a mothers day brunch!
I had massive sausage omelette that was served with apple smoked sausage and browned potatoes. When my meal was served I immediately asked for a small empty plate and cut the portion in half and had the rest boxed. Again, it is about eating whatever you want, responsibly. 

PM:
For dinner I cooked my mom and I a roasted lemon and rosemary pork loin served with sauteed vegetables (cabbage, onion, carrot, celery, water chestnuts, asparagus, and garlic) all cooked in a bit of butter, sesame oil and lemon juice. So tasty!
For dessert we shared a juicy orange and kiwi!
Off to do a quick run and then swim.
Yay for being on vacation and still holding myself accountable!
