Seems Logical To Me Captain (Adam)



AM:
Popcorn covered with a bit of melted butter and sugar. What joy to eat the correct amount of whatever my body craves and not feel guilty. I also had a lowfat lemon yogurt.

LATE AM:
I devoured a lowfat vanilla yogurt. I also mindlessly ate some chicken chow mein that Anthony made. Not a whole lot but I did it standing and without thought. Meh. — Not good but it was a very small portion.



PM:
My favorite standby meal. Sauteed vegetables. White cabbage, yellow onion, carrot, celery and asparagus all cooked in (again!) the most miniscule amounts of butter and sesame oil. This sort of meal never becomes stale to me. So so delicious!

Went to the movies to see Star Trek. So much fun with all of my favorite people. All I had was a massive diet coke (can you believe the drink pictured above is a medium?!

LATE PM:
I had a very small hand full of gummi bears and chocolate covered raisins to give me a little carb boost before I hit the gym. Got another really good work out in tonight!

Busy, busy day tomorrow.
