Another Step (Adam)



AM:
Late start to the day. Salad! Lettuce and celery that I tossed with balsamic vinegar. On top I piled turkey, 2 slices of swiss cheese and Onion Sprouts which I never get tired of!





LATE AM:
Got a haircut which always makes me feel better.
Walked home in the pouring rain and ate a mammoth bar of my favorite chocolate. So so good!



PM:
My friend Shae came over to finish off this lazy day with dinner and a movie. I cooked us a both a delicious dinner of chicken, wheat pasta, and vegetables (yellow onion, white cabbage, asparagus, and garlic) all cooked in the usual small amount of butter and sesame oil. We had a great time.

I’ve been doing so good this week.
On my way to the gym for the third day in a row!
