Happy Up Here (Adam)



AM:
I had a delicous sandwich - Turkey, onion sprouts, mayonnaise, whole seed mustard on a whole grain wheat roll. With it, I had a hand full of spicy corn chips.



PM:
Cinco De Mayo celebration at Jeds!
I really needed this. A chance to prove to myself that I can have fun with all of my much loved friends without bingeing on alcohol or food. I had not one margarita or tequila sunrise! For dinner I ate 3 tacos (hard corn shells, ground beef, tiny bit of cheese, lettuce, salsa, and sour cream) — alongside, I had a mountain of vegetables (carrots, celery, cauliflowerr, broccoli, and plum tomatoes) with some delicious con-queso cream dip.

Feels great to come home from a party and not feel regret. It is a important reminder that my life is more than food.



The last two days have been very good.
Off to the gym now!
