Today (Adam)

AM:
Turkey Sandwich. Turkey, swiss cheese, onion sprouts, and a spread made out of light sour cream, whole seed mustard, habanero sauce, and kosher salt all on a ciabatta roll.
PM:
Half of a seasoned chicken breast that I browned on the stovetop. Served with a mixture of vegetables (Fresh corn, white cabbage, yellow onion, garlic, and a whole can of water chestnuts) all cooked in a tiny amount of sesame oil and butter.
Delicous!

Weekend full of plans, I am going to stay in control.
