Better and Better (Adam)

AM:
I started the day off with a cup of hot chocolate and a non-fat banana vanilla yogurt. Yum! 
LATE AM:
Ate a whole bag of strawberry licorice. Not the most nutritious lunch by any means but it is what I wanted! 
PM:
Amazing, amazing dinner. Probably ate a little too much but it was really that good.
I baked a boneless pork loin chop which I stuffed with garlic cloves and covered in lemon zest/juice, red pepper flakes, and a bit of kosher salt.
I layed it on a bed of sauteed corn (fresh off the cob!), endive, yellow onion, carrot, and celery which as usual, I all cooked in the smallest amount of butter, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice.
It is meals like this that remind me that I should never want to binge. Food like this is better than any chemically pounded, plastic bound garbage that I often turn to in times of mindless eating.
