Ugh. (Lauren)

If you are hoping for a happy happy blog that makes you feel like a better person inside and out then don’t read this.

I am so drained at the moment! I just don’t know what to do, I feel emotionally drained and I have just been to the gym so now I feel physically drained too…

I am not used to this!

Ughhhh I don’t know what to do.

I will add more later! x

Good Morning. (Lauren)

Fruit, water and Bjork <3

I went to the gym last night so that is a total of three times this week! My eating has improved 100%!!

I went into a phase of semi binging on sandwiches at night, but I am out of that now (thank god)!

It is strange because now I work afternoon/evenings I have to eat dinner at 6pm in my break when before I would eat about 8pm. I need to start having fruit and water after work because it is not good to eat at midnight when i would get hungry again!

I have put all of my hair into plates so when i take them out there will be lots of curls : D

Today the sun is shining, it is a beautiful day, but I still don’t feel my normal happy self. I will get there.

Today (Adam)

I cut the shit and get back to doing what I can do. Can I look back at this. Read these words and break my mental block that will not let me succeed?! YOU DO NOT PHYSICALLY HAVE TO DO WHAT YOU MIND DEMANDS YOU DO. Take back and create your own rules. You know that feeling. You have felt it one too many time. Don’t create any more lies!

Clear head and good food today.

Tuesday Food Blog (Adam)

Feel like I ate a bit much today but still did pretty well.

LATE AM: I ate a whole bag of strawberry red vines and a sprout wrap — I ate very slowly though and didn’t really consume past the point of being content.

I also had a small hand full of raw almonds and some dried cranberries.

PM: Delicious dinner tonight. I stuffed a pork loin chop with garlic and tons of fresh herbs (sage, thyme, and thai basil)

Alongside I had some corn that I cut off the cob and sauteed with onion and a habanero pepper in sesame oil and butter. I tossed it all with cilantro. So so good!

I also had some bok choy that I cooked quickly in some balsamic viniger. Was a nice change from the usual vegetable mix.

I definitely ate more than I should have but again, nothing too extreme.

Monday Food Blog (Adam)

Vegetables galore today as I tried to clean out my fridge of everything before I go grocery shopping tomorrow.

AM: Sprout Sandwich on a whole wheat flat bread. Light sour cream, tons of fresh cilantro and lemon juice was combined to make a wonderful spread. So clean tasting!

PM: Veg Pasta. In a pan, I sauteed onions, garlic, carrot, parsnips, asparagus, white cabbage, and boch choy in a miniscule amount of butter and sesame oil. I tossed the vegetables with a very small amount of whole wheat pasta, sesame seeds, and some fresh cilantro.

Yum!

Not long after dinner I had a piece of homemade blueberry crumble coffee cake that Shae’s mother made! My god, it was amazing. I just wanted a BUCKET of the crumble topping.

Combined with dinner I probably ate a touch past the point of being content but all in all it was another flawless day!

All is full of love.

Weekend Log (Adam)

Hot tranny mess weekend (video below) — I kept in control with the eating despite the buckets of gin!

No food pics for the weekend (think I will just do it on weekdays).
Rundown of what I ate for the sake of being accountable:

Saturday:
AM: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat pita with sprouts and light sour cream spread.
PM: Asian salad from Haggens that had chicken, mandarin oranges, almonds, and a sesame dressing.
LATE PM: Massive amounts of Gin.
LATE LATE PM: bread rolls with hummus.

Sunday:
AM: Passion tea lemonade from Starbucks.
LATE AM: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat pita with sprouts and light sour cream spread.
PM: Gross Jack in the Box chicken pita and small french fries.

Also, whenever I have a little hunger ‘ping’ I tend to be snacking on raw almonds and grape tomatoes.

Total success. I had little to no urge to overeat or binge at all this week and to not let temptation get the best of me this weekend while drunk and/or hungover is amazing! I lost weight and feel fantastic.

Will post later tonight with the usual food blog for monday.
Off to do some much needed cleaning!

Friday Food Blog

A lazy day filled with the greatest food.

AM: Started the day with jasmine blossom green tea which was sent to me by beautiful Lauren. Really soft and wonderful! I usually drink russian green tea which is a bit more bitter so this was really lovely. I also snacked on a few raw almonds and grape tomatoes.

LATE AM: The greatest sandwich I think I have ever made. It was all in the spread! I mixed light sour cream, lemon juice, fresh terragon, thai basil, salt, and pepper. I spread it on 2 halves of whole wheat greek pita bread and in between stuffed turkey and a massive mound of sprouts. I had some carrot sticks alongside. Amazing!

EARLY PM: Mall crawling with Shae. I had a small cup of frozen green tea yogurt topped with mango and strawberries. I hate the mall but the yogurt was tasty.

PM: Ended the day with a brilliant dinner. I baked a piece of pork loin that I stuffed with minced garlic, terragon, thyme, and basil. For the side I sauteed asparagus, yellow onion, carrot, parsnips, and boch choy in a little butter and olive oil and finished it off with a bit of fresh cilantro.

This all was like a giant plate of sunshine!

Thursday Food Blog

Hello! Today was very bread-y!
Let’s get this done.

AM: Pizza for breakfast! This pizza was terribly healthy though. On a piece of greek wheat pita bread I spread a thin layer of fruity olive oil then topped it with a leftover chicken sausage (from last night), a few sliced grape tomatoes and some fresh cilantro. No cheese or sauce required, I put it under the broiler for a few minutes and was amazed at how wonderfully tasty it turned out!

LATE AM: Starbucks and a book. I had a blended passion tea lemonade.

After words, met Shae and we headed to Lake Padden to sit in the sun and people watch. Not a whole lot to look at today, disappointingly but it was really beautiful!

PM: After the lake we headed out to a local sandwich shop. I had a Bbq chicken sandwich — How wonderful to not stress about how many calories were in this! - It was not that big and it filled me up nicely. Nothing to worry about.

Still need to drink more water and less diet coke.
Lets see how I handle the weekend…
